This plate of yee mee (egg noodles) was prepared with whatever ingredients left in the fridge.
This was our lunch on a weekday...The ingredients are cabbage, pork slices, fishcakes and eggs.
No prawns or squid coz we did not manage to get those from the market.
Meanwhile annoying sis is running out of ingredients too...She cooked her specialty with whatever left in her fridge - broccoli, carrots, potatoes and chicken leg...The Hero supermarket near her place has run out of veggie/meat supplies due to the shutdown of Selayang wholesale market.
The shutdown of the wholesale market has caused supply shortage to the mini/supermarts around Klang Valley.

I don't think I have eaten dry stirfried Yee Mee like that. Should be tasty if soft enough.
If running out of supply should need to ration then. Is it true that shutdown of the wholesale market has caused supply shortage to the mini/supermarts around Klang Valley? If like that, got to buy CH vegetables online using Lazada then.
I like the potatoes and broccoli more than the chicken in your sister's dish. Yum yum yummy!
Mun: yes, the noodles are soft coz it soaked up the hot gravy. No need ration, I believe the supply shortage is just temporary 'logistics hiccups' before they figure out other alternative to deliver the supplies. Yea, those minimarts/supermarts that take supplies from there are affected. My sis couldn't even get a banana from Hero supermarket nearby her place.
Seldom go for yee mee, usually in claypot noodles. Yes, I did read something about the Selayang market.
Our Hero Market also ran out of vegetable supplies now. Time to go to Jaya Grocer.
I have been eating a lot of Yee Mee lately. It is more tasty than yellow noodles.
I noticed so many vegetables were not available when I did my order via Grabmart. Oh dear, hope supplies come back to normal.
I also did a 'clearing of fridge' yesterday and cooked up what was left before restocking my veggie supply at a small wet market near my place today. I didn't notice any shortage of vegetables probably because I don't get my supply from mini or supermarkets.
Yum...yum.
I am drooling at the chickens that your annoying sis cooked.
I like fried yee mee. Both the yee mee and your sister chicken dish look delicious. The closure of Selayang market has been in the news for a few days.

I don't think I ever tried fried yee mee before. It should be nice for those who like a crispy taste. Luckily for this round of CMCO there is no supply shortage in the market and we can cook with all the ingredients we want. Anyway, I hope CMCO will be ever soon and I can resume my floor painting business with my clients.
