Four Points by Sheraton - The Room

Frankly speaking, i'm a cheapskate person. I will capture as mch photo of "all things beautiful" for as long as my camera battery could last. The below is my favorite working spot during my stay @ BKK.
The place was like a mini gallery. The moment i stepped into my room, i was 'wow-ed' by its appearance!
it has some old pictures hung on the wall...i wonder if it's the same for all other rooms?
 hope not.
Anyhow, here's what they offer for snacks.
some liquor, chips, and....a box of....
condom???
the fridge has plenty of drinks and you wouldn't die from thirst
 some chocolates too
meanwhile, the wardrobe has all these
the view of the room entrance
 and uh-hu...my comfy bed
the bath tub where i soaked myself in a foam bath
the overview of the bathroom basin
 and the shower area
even the bathroom has some pictures!
towels, soaps, toilet roll, facial tissue etc
the artistic carving on the mirror
and the best thing is that you can open the slider door from the bathroom, overlooking the room and facing the TV! btw, it has multiple channels to choose from!
the normal basic gadgets at the bedside
in case u r lost on what to do, here's a guidance for your reference!
But i think taking pictures in this room is enuff to occupy my time now.
Cool?
This room is simply amazing...

I 'heart' Samurai Pork Burger

Warning: This is not a commercial write-up and is not advertising on behalf of McDonalds.

Here's my comfy couch at the hotel. Do you noticed sometin' edible?
It's the PORK BURGER!!!
so damn "syiok" first time having PORK burger
luv it luv it luv it...to the MAX
wish that i could have it more often, but i only hav ONE day. One pathetic day to try all things "Thai" before departing back the next day.
Anyhow, the next morning, i was havin' this in the hotel. Plenty of food to choose from.
Was havin' a lil' of everythin'. See how full my plate is!
yea, shameless me!
BON APPETITE !

Somewhere in Bangkok

Being a first-timer to Bangkok, i forced my boss to take me for a walk. After our biz meeting with supplier, we hopped onto the Skytrain for my "debut-stroll-cum-date-with-boss" in BKK. Relying on a map, we made our way to this nite market.
those who have been here will know what is the 'specialty' of this place. And of course, it is not becoz of its numerous signboards shouting for attention...
you may get to see scantily clad "ladies" performing pole dancing...whether or not they are 100% lady, u will never know...u be the judge!
it was dark out there and my camera can't perform well @ nite
hence, i dun manage to shoot tht much pictures on its surrounding, the only brighter place is the train station
and the signboard that proof that "I have been to this place" once called Siam
Siam Paragon, so near yet so far, was capturing this photo while waiting for the train. Didn't manage to go, coz it was nearing their close-time and we need to get back to hotel to rush on some work!
So, there goes my ONE NITE in BANGKOK...

Night Owl

Recently, I have been staying up late in the office and it seems like all my colleagues knw about this and labelled me as 11pm. It has been to the extend that my boss has to force me to go home for the sake of his good reputation.
It was jst 9 somethin' when i sent an email to another colleague. My usual stern boss replied to my email saying this:
Don't work la...
Go home la...
Very late now...
Com' on, the NIGHT IS STILL YOUNG!

Four Points by Sheraton, Bangkok

Here's a sneak preview of what this place has offered. It was 3am plus when i took the pics of the hotel surroundings, hence no one was seen at many places.

Stunningly Beautiful

It's almost 7pm now and i m in the office,  not wanting to finish off my work, and not wanting to go home. Anyway, that isn't an issue though. I was like browsing for Kate and Pippa Middleton photos lately coz i found them stunning and well-groomed, something that i m lack of. It took my breath away when seeing the photos of these two beautiful ladies, both the bride and her bridesmaid...
My eyes were glued to the tv from the moment i saw her on-screen, she's heart capturing, physically perfect from head to toe, how i wish i m her.
awesome, with that smile on her face, it takes my breath away...
btw, this is what i had for Mother's Day, nope, i dun buy it, sis did.
hmmnn, i was thinking when will sis get married? i would like to be her bridesmaid and dress elegantly like Pippa!

Book Review: Who Moved My Cheese

Having seen me struggle in coping with the current on-going changes, a kind colleague lends me a book. “Who Moved My Cheese” tells a story about 4 characters, Hem & Haw as the 2 littlepeople and Sniff & Scurry as the 2 mice. All of them were hunting for their so-called “Cheese” which is hidden in the maze. While the 2 mice know how to adapt with changes, the 2 littlepeople were nonetheless different individual and greatly affected by emotion. Haw is the one who is optimistic about life and decided to have the perseverance in hunting for cheese in the maze regardless of what challenges he may face ahead.

There were a few keywords which he wrote on the wall, there are:

Change happen, if you do not change, you can become extinct
What would you do if you weren’t afraid?
Movement in a new direction helps you find new cheese
When you stop being afraid, you feel good!
Imagining yourself enjoying your new cheese leads you to it
Move with the cheese, adapt to change quickly, the quicker you let go of old cheese, the sooner you find new cheese
It is safer to search in the maze, than remain in a cheeseless situation
Old beliefs do not lead you to new cheese
Noticing small changes early helps you adapt to the bigger changes that are to come

And lastly, Enjoy Change! Savour the adventure and enjoy the taste of new cheese!

American Idol 10 - Scotty vs James

I have a strong feeling that these 2 will end up in finale. Both were jst as good, with strong vocals, having great persona and charismatic. Here's their song rendition for this week. Enjoy viewing!
