HomePro

Lately I have been 'acquiring' a new hobby, which is to browse & 'look-see' some home ideas...
It was then when I saw this bathtub...fantastic! How nice if I can enjoy Jacuzzi while havin' an ice lemon tea & reading my fav book in this. Unfortunately, my bathroom isn't huge enuff to accommodate it!
and it costs a bomb too...
hence, my 'dream' immediately vanished...moved on and saw this very colorful tiles...
I wish I could have a lil' of everything here for my wall coz ALL look nice!
perhaps some garden chairs so that i could sip my tea while enjoyin' an evening sunset....
how about this exotic fancy toilet?
I tink I would be too 'sayang' to shit do my business on it coz the set looks more like 'piece of art' than toilet!

Weekend Stroll

It was a hot season for the past month (and still is!), hence goin outdoor is the last option to spend your time. Yours truly here will sometimes head to malls, not to shop (nah...no $$$) but to enjoy the cooling air-cond.
New in the list of recent opened shopping arcade @ southern Klang Valley are: Mitsui outlet park, D'Pulze and IOI City Mall which should not be missed.
this skating ring in IOI city mall reminds me of my first Sunway Pyramid skating rink experience some 20 years back...
Well, this rink is slightly bigger and is facing an open area of forest trees, so u gotta see some greens and blue skies (when the weather is nice)
and this mall has Magnum too....great to cool off on a hot day!
Happy S.h.o.p.p.i.n.g Strolling

Papparich, IOI City Mall

There are plenty of F&Bs in this mall, but most were crowded...Surprisingly the Papparich wasn't...
In fact, it is almost empty with only a table occupied....
I was kinda surprised coz it was (then) a 'buka puasa' time...Anyhow, i opted to take my dinner here coz i can't stand the long wait at crowded restaurant.
and this place is kinda hidden, hence it is quieter from the busy spots in the mall...not to mention...kinda 'romantic' too...don't u tink so?
see? i'm not lying here....it was indeed empty, quiet and 'romantic'...
but the food that i ordered doesn't seem to jive with the atmosphere...
so, as usual i need rice (to satisfy my hunger)...and i want something local...so, nasi lemak is the option...I ordered a 'Ramadan' set meal that comes with fruits and ice lemon tea...
my plate of Nasi Lemak sotong for the first time in Papparich...*coz all these while i only had the chicken version...
The squid wasn't bad, chewy and well-cooked, nothing to shout about, but good enuff to satisfy my cravings ;-)

Kanpai Japanese Restaurant

Recently, there has been a number of Japanese & Korean eateries opened around the neighbourhood....While I have tried out most of the bigger & well-known ones, the smaller eateries have been forgotten, until one day I ran out of option.
and I noticed that I haven't been to this place before...
This place is dim, sort of "fusion place" judging from its interior and decoration...
it sort of restaurant cum pub as one part of it has bar tables and benches...it got me even more confused when it should be serving bbq and steamboats...
and more strange is that it has Chinese lanterns!
anyhow, putting the ambience & interior aside, I browsed thru the menu but was not in the mood for any steamboats or bbq...
well, what more can I choose when I'm dining alone?
RAMEN!
i had this pork broth ramen and it tasted so-so...
Now, they seems to be Jack of all trade, but master of none...luckily this bowl of ramen wasn't that bad, but for a price of RM18++, I would prefer having my ramen at a proper ramen shop.

The Loaf, Nu Sentral

[ Throwback ] This was my lunch sometime ago in early December when the team had meeting with our boss in Nu Sentral. I ordered the chicken ...
