Kuih Seri Muka

The neighbour blessed us with some homemade kuih - Kuih Seri Muka.
Sweet and savoury at the same time.
The pulut rice is savoury and the top green layer is so full of santan and sweet like Kaya.
Sedap giler!
Meanwhile, back to my typical humble dinner at home....
I had daikon soup, mum's specialty deep fried chicken nuggets and wedges.
BON APPETIT!

Good that your mother cooks daikon soup so mAny people say this daikon soup is too cooling so cannot drink else body ache. I love to eat seri Muka. Your mother made the nuggets herself from raw chicken?

I just had daikon soup yesterday homecooked by my mom too, so coincidental!

Same as PH, I only like the top part as I do not really like glutinous rice.
