These are homemade chicken nuggets prepared by head of kitchen. She uses tender chicken breast meat, marinated them and deep fried in 'Kentucky' seasoning batter. The seasoning flour can be bought from supermarket.
She also deep fried some potato wedges and opened a can of baked beans to cook with omelette and diced fishcakes.
There goes our dinner...
Meanwhile, we have 'slaughtered' our homegrown pineapple and here is how it looks like.

What a nice dinner. Chicken nuggets are especially nice accompanied by potato wedges. For me baked beans is welcome anytime. I just love it. So nice to eat home grown pineapple.
I don't mind breast meat this way, not in soup.

Wow! Your mother is so diligent, cooking such delicious meals for all of you. Wow! So keng to grow your own pineapple. Must be very satisfied eating it since it is home grown. Baked beans and eggs and onions is my favourite dish. Home made chicken nuggets! So yummy! You lucky girl! :)
