Some time ago, we had trainings that spanned until 8pm. The HR was so kind enough to buy us dinner for the 2 consecutive evenings.
All we need to do was to place our orders the day before.
I had Teriyaki Chicken rice for Day 1
and for Day 2, i had 'Spring Blossom Braised Chicken Mushroom Sea Cucumber' rice.
it has springy gelatinous sea cucumber which pairs well with fish maw, braised chicken and Shitake mushroom.

Ah, shogun2u again. I have yet to try. Ya, so nice of HR to provide dinner. I guess the management budgeted for it.

It's a blessing to work for company that provides such benefits, both sets look good and satisfying
Mun: it was a last minute decision by HR, otherwise it would be a hassle for us and the 'external trainer' to drive out for lunch. Having lunch delivery saves up time.
Twilight Man: this is nothing compared to those who attends trainings in hotel and have lavish buffets.
Libby: yes, after training, we have no excuse to make mistakes or not perform well because 'training has been given'. A simple meal like this is just a 'small investment'...lol!
