It is interesting that these restaurants incorporate numbers in their name. There is a 282Mixe rice in my area. I am always happy to see roast meat restaurants.
I just had boneless roasted duck drumstick rice on Sunday. It was good. Duck breast meat are known to be more tender. Here in SG we also have coffeeshops and restaurants that use numbers in their brand names such as 119 eating house, 121 brew coffee etc.
