This is a newly opened Japanese udon restaurant in the neighborhood. Upon googled, found that it has a branch in Mont Kiara and TRX.
Seemingly from a reputable and established udon shop, the price range is also slightly higher.
I had a nabeyaki udon for RM30.
I wish they could give more shrimp tempura rather than just a miserable oneπ
but one thing you can ask for is a free scoop of rice
yea, i requested that coz i'm kiasu following their suggestion.
Overall, a good bowl of udon with umami broth, fresh shrimp tempura, nicely done onsen egg (70% cooked), springy kamaboko fishcakes and shiitake mushroom.
Itadakimasu!

I think there should be at least two tempura. Udon + rice is too much carbs for me. I once went to Menya Hanabi for their noodles and they also give one scoop of rice to mop up the chap. I was so bloated after that. LOL!
Ya, you did the right thing by requesting for the rice. π π
Yes, the price is a little steep for Malaysia's standard.
