Hai Kah Lang @ Sri Petaling

Tried this Michelin-approved seafood noodles restaurant...
This place is usually crowded during weekend and lunch/dinner hours.
The menu is extensive from prawns to clams and fish noodles....and there are several types of fishes to choose from.
It is so extensive that the fonts in the menu are super tiny in order to fit into a cardboard size menu😂
I need to enlarge the font using my phone camera to read....but still it was blur (due to pixel resolution, not because of long sightedness)
seriously how do they expect the elderly or middle-age people to read the tiny fonts?
anyway, i simply 'tembak' one coz the fonts are hurting my eyes....lazy to read them....
It was weekday lunch hour and there was crowd, but I managed to secure a seat inside the restaurant. They have alfresco dining, but definitely not for me under the hot afternoon sun.
I sat facing the Chinese wine jars😀
I had grouper fish noodle...the broth is whitish coz i requested to add milk. I also requested for Chinese wine.
The boneless deep-fried fish is served in a separate bowl.
The broth is flavorful and thick. Slightly sourish (like sour veggie soup) which is appetizing. Pleasant taste that kept me drinking. Overall, the noodle was good but not superb....perhaps my expectation abit bias coz it is Michelin-approved😎
Went to pay at the counter and saw these 'posters'....so, it is for 2 consecutive years only...
The bill came to RM24.25 nett after service charges and tax.

Very extensive menu! But they should really do something about the fonts. I would not be too happy if I can't read the menu. What you had looks very good. It makes me miss what I used to eat at Mr Fish when they were at The Starling.
