Arrived at London Heathrow airport early morning on 1st Nov. After checked-out at Terminal 4 and checked-in again at Terminal 5 with different airline, I've got some time left for breakfast. Went in to 'Pilots Bar & Kitchen' to have my very first English breakfast in the UK land๐
The English breakfast consists of 2 sausages, 2 poached eggs, mushroom, baked tomato, bacons and baked beans.
My colleague had Eggs Benedict (on the right).
After a confusing airport transit (switching from one terminal to the other is cumbersome in Heathrow, having to go thru 2 underground train), a comforting meal is very much needed.
Well, this airport is way more complex and not as straight forward like Schiphol, nevertheless their immigration officers are friendly & chatty, something i did not expect from a European country.
Done with 13 hours flight from KL to London....another 8+ hours to go....

Wah, where did you go this time? Since transit in UK, did you consider staying there a few days for a tour?
I am looking forward to your stories about your overseas trip!
Heathrow Airport is so huge and interesting. Did you meet any Mr. Nice Guy there? ๐
Mun: it's a business trip, not much time for tour, although i wish to stay a few days in UK too....nice cooling autumn weather there.
PH: stay tuned!
Twilight Man: unfortunately nope, but i m flying over to reunite with Mr.Nice Guy in another country, LOL! we are back to work as a team at client's site.
Sometimes on business trip, my ex co workers would take annual leave and go there earlier or stayed back to have a tour during transit or the country itself. Kiasu max, want to make full use of the flight ticket and time.
