I was looking for something different in Foodpanda, and decided to try out this Thai restaurant.
Ordered a green curry (ala carte).
The portion is sufficient for 2-3 pax. It has brinjals, long beans, pork slices (alternative: can choose for chicken) and basil leaves. The soup is thick and fully loaded with spices. We added some warm water to dilute the strong taste. We also added some cabbages and taupok to 'Malaysianize' the green curry.
Also had this bbq pork skewer which is absolutely delicious and well marinated. My parents like it very much. Taste like dried meat that we eat during CNY.
We cooked a pot of Basmati rice (that I got from the vaccination center) and fried some sunny-up eggs to go with these dishes. Superb!
Total price for the dishes is RM24.44 inclusive of delivery.
meanwhile the groceries for the week: broccolis, daikons, pumpkin, brinjals, corns, some leafy greens, starfruits, jicamas, pears, pineapple.

Wah, my mother is jealous of your weekly grocery's loot. Good that your parents like the skewers. How about the green curry? After adding in the cabbage and taopok and warm water, do they like it?
So worth it! You even added extra ingredients to the green curry. I like those pork skewers but the ones I have eaten (chicken) were a bit too sweet. Your groceries for the week looks like it is more than enough for a week. Ah, I must share what I have been making with pineapple!
Must have ordered this early, to have the time to go and doctor that green curry! I've had those pork skewers only once (called moo ping I believe) - must try more to confirm if it's really something I like.
I wanted to laugh at creativity to Malaysianize the green curry. I remember in Thailand, many local folks added macam macam ingredients into the Tom Yum soup or Green Curry too!! Well done!
Haha, I like how you 'malaysianised' the green curry. Tau pok is a must when it comes to our local curries. You should have added some potatoes too...hehe! ;) Ah, their moo ping is always delicious.
I like the way you add ingredients to the green curry. I will do the same especially if the curry gravy is thick enough to add water to it. The bbq pork skewer looks yummy. You have just reminded me that I need to go out for my groceries shopping.
Eyeing the pork skewer. Lol. Once a week I will order Foodpanda (at least) when too busy to cook. Never order online grocery though.
I would love to have those yummy skewers too. :D
That looks simple and delicious. I think foodpanda is not available in India.
