It was Ramadan back then...most of the halal F&B outlets were near-to-empty and service could be fast since there is less patron...but despite that, all of us (the lunch gang) wanted something non-halal...So we went to this Japanese restaurant specializes in ramen.
i ordered Kakuni ramen, sort of pork ramen...
Tastewise superb and very porky broth! The quality comparable to Goku Raku ramen, with springy noodles and flavorful broth.
They do serve bento rice meal in case u r not into ramen.

My spouse is into ramen but not me. Goku Raku is no longer in midvalley. Your ramen looks fine. How much was it?
Mun: I've never been to the Goku Raku outlet MidValley, what has it become now? The price for this Kakuni ramen is somewhere RM22 (after tax & service charge).
Pork ar? The brown brown pieces in the broth look more like beef to me. Hmm...
RealGunners: it is pork with authentic taste and texture ;-)
The previous Goku Raku outlet in Midvalley is now a buffet Korean BBQ eatery.
