Cantonese style noodle or locally known as Yee Mein is my top list of noodle choice...not b'coz i'm Cantonese, but i jst like the egg gravy that blends well with the soba-like noodle...haha
let me zoom closer to let u guys enjoy "feasting the ingredients" with your eyes...
with bit and pieces of chicken/pork, shrimps, leafy greens...it makes a whole lot colorful plate of noodle!
