Ah Fatt Kopi Cafe

This restaurant opens till midnite 1am daily.

It has a huge dining space, but it looks empty each time i passes by.....

It looks bright from the outside when all other shops and restaurants are closed (usually at 10pm). So, this restaurant stood out when there is no other eatery option after 10.

Here's my order of roast pork rice at RM14.90 ++ (roughly RM17.30 nett after services charge & tax), if i remembered correctly.

The rice portion was so little with only 7 pieces of roast pork. I wonder if there are any cucumbers served with it by default. Only realised the missing cucumbers halfway upon eating. Also, the soup tastes weird😂

Despite that, the pork tastes alright, not too fatty with crispy skin. Chili dip and rice are OK too. Tastewise everything OK, except the soup.

But for such price, i think is not so worth it. There are better options out there unless you want to have roast pork at midnite (when all other options are closed)

Chocolate chip with walnut muffin bought from RT Bakery at RM7 (or RM6.90, can't remember), hence roughly RM3.50 each. It is packed in pair, so gotta buy 2. Taste good coz i like the crunch from walnuts.

Chicken rice bought from Alison kopitiam. I opted for chicken breast meat coz it is boneless. RM8 nett.

Chicken drumstick is priced way higher at RM14. I wonder why the huge gap, usually it is just RM1-2 higher than chicken breast meat.

Ginger sauce is provided by default and packed together with the rice & chicken.

Chili dip is provided too but is packed separately.

Tote bag sold in Mr.DIY at RM10.50, cloth material with zipper.

Many years ago when I was still a student, I used to carry such bag to campus. 

It was light and durable unless you packed heavy textbooks.

Back then classes were only a few hours per day, sometimes just 2 hours, especially on Friday, hence I don't carry much in the bag. After class, can go 'lepak' at malls with the same bag😂

Those carefree days....

[Below] Self DIY half boiled egg for breakfast coz it is way cheaper than ordering at kopitiam😀

Used to make this in the office pantry when the office admin bought trays of eggs for the staffs.

Sometimes the adventurous me would microwave the eggs, knowing the risk that it will explode😂

There were some mini explosion, but no one knows about it, coz it happens after office hours....muahahahah!

The last adventure was making steam egg custard which i blogged about it previously.
