This restaurant was firstly launched sometime in 2019 with vibe-dining theme.
It is located at the lowerground of SkyAvenue complex, right below this glass ceiling.

No crowd on a Friday weekday.
Ordered a wat tan hor and sliced beef in black pepper sauce.
The sliced beef in black pepper sauce is very flavorful with tender beef meat. Need to eat with rice.
The ambience...dim lighting....and cushion seats.
Total bill came to RM69 nett. Paid by vouchers.
HAPA awarded restaurant....heck cares what award is that as long as the food is edible😂
This place used to be a bar. The bar seating was dismantled and replaced with more dining tables.
Next door is Zouk. Have you been to the Zouk?

I hav eheard of Zouk and like you, never been there. I have not heard of Red Tail, so I am worse than you hah..hah... I would love to eat the black pepper beef with lots of rice!
I have never been to any discos and drinking places worldwide. Last time in uk, a group of friends went to discos and I returned to the hotel to 💤😴
