Years ago, I kept an amount of leftover $ from my biz trip, back then our currency was still strong. I thought of using it if I ever hav the chance of goin there again....Well, I did not and our currency has dwindled so much that exchanging foreign currency is not worthwhile, what more goin for a personal trip! My Korean Won has been kept for 4 years before it finally put to good use, as my annoying sis decided to go there for a trip with her fren. I gave her a big angpow of 135k
USD WON....come to tink of it I felt myself so generous...muahahaha!
alrite, the amount wasn't that big...it used to be a petty amount back in 2012...
and since things are expensive too in Seoul, u can't buy much with that amount of $$$.
Here's what she got back for us...
mostly junks & masks....
but i'm happy that I got something edible!
yea, i'm a happy junkie monster...
Generous of you. Lol...ya am happy too if get food.
You are so generous and nice to your sister. I have plans to visit my US gang Opahs in Seoul later this year. Can I adopt you to be my God Sista?? LOLOL
I would love to go Korea again one day... love junk food too! hahaha..
that is about rm500 so you are a very generous sister! :)
Small Kucing: I prefer food souvenirs than other collectibles items ;-)
Twilight Man: LOL! I shall call u as 'Opah' then...
ReanaClaire: me too!
Mun: our RM500 is worthless lor....
135k won is better than 135k rupiah lah at least. If rupiah you need to give millions XD ...
Kesian RM.... Haih... :((
Anyway, I would prefer someone getting me food/snacks oversea rather than keychains, hehehe!
RealGunners: I have run out of millions rupiah...all finished spent during my Bali trip :-(
Hayley: yea, me too!
RM500 may be worthless in korea but i can eat two lobster meals here in kl.
