First time trying Xiguan in Pinnacle mall.
Ordered the 'premium' wanton noodles with charsiew, shrimp wantons and minced pork - coz i want to try everything all at once.
Springy wanton noodles, flavorful minced pork and charsiew meat is not too fatty. The shrimp wantons are huge, almost the size of a spoon. Overall a good one. Quality ingredients, but of course it came with a price!
Can't remember the price but it is almost double the price of those sold in the kopitiam wanton stalls.

New Japanese restaurant opened at The Store (sharing the same building, but not part of the supermarket), which I yet to try. It specializes in abura soba - which is a soupless ramen dish where noodles are mixed with a sauce, typically a soy sauce-based with toppings.
Kiosks-based-order (like fast-food restaurant), so I browsed the menu from the kiosk. Besides abura soba, it also has light eats such as gyoza and edamame.

I am having wanton noodles for my breakfast tomorrow. I am attracted by the shrimp wantons, looked so satisfying. I dislike wantons when they have a lot of skin but little meat only.
The beef soup noodles at Xiguan is tasty 😋 I will go there again to eat this beef noodles.
It's worth it paying for quality ingredients. Me too always want to try everything all at once!
The food looks very good! Warm greetings from Montreal, Canada.
