Rojak "Pasembor"

Pasembor or known as "Indian Rojak" consists of  prawn fritters (cucur udang), coconut fritters, beancurd, hard-boiled egg, shredded cucumber and turnip (sengkuang), all mixed with thick peanut gravy.
It all blended so well and the meal would not complete without pieces of crunchy 'keropok'.
the keropok is the best part, and normally i'l consume it first before it gets soften from being soaked in the gravy.
i'll surely miss "Pasembor" alot if i m to be away from the country!
