Hanoi Kitchen @ Sri Petaling

This eatery place has just recently opened in the neighbourhood newest building, the Pinnacle
serving all sorts of Vietnamese cuisine, from rice to noodles and light snacks
located next to the 'Beer Bank' bistro, the Hanoi Kitchen is quite happening with people having supper after some drinking session...as it opens till midnite.
the colorful lanterns caught my attention from the entrance
right next to the entrance there is a rack displaying/selling Vietnamese F&B products such as coffee, noodles, vermicelli, sauces and drinks.
at the other side, is a colorful wall painting, quite an impressive interior!
the painter must have spent alot of time to paint this lady portrait...
now...back to the food...
here's what i've ordered
Tom yum pork leg noodles...
Very light tom yum taste, and overpowered by the strong porky taste, hence it tastes more like pork noodles than tom yum.
Nevertheless it has lotsa ingredients, such as pork balls, pork slices, some sort of ngor hiang (Vietnamese version), and....well, pork legs.
The noodles is served with a plate of beansprouts.
The sauces/condiments are placed at the centralised condiments station.
There are various types of chili sauces, chili oil/flakes, sri racha sauce, pickled chili, bird's eye chili, soy sauce, fish sauce, etc. Self-service basis (similar practice as those condiments station in hotpot shop).
Overall, food is moderate, but it's unwise to judge based on just a bowl of noodles (that i ordered above). I would try out other items on next time and give my fair judgement.
Ambience-wise, excellent...it has sort of Hanoi/Saigon-like atmosphere coz it is located at the busy nightlife area surrounded by KTV & bars, very much like those in Hanoi/Saigon.
Here's the colorful lights coming from the opposite shoplots
Hanoi Kitchen is strategically located & visible from the main road
Total damage for this meal is RM22.90 nett inclusive of a plain water and service/SST charges.

I like but seldom get to enjoy Vietnamese food. Very nice lantern and wall decorations. Very convenient for those interested to buy their products.

Thank you for your review. If they are on Foodpanda or grabfood, I may try them out. Decor looks nice.

Sounds delicious but if got strong porky smell, then I would not enjoy it.

I love the colourful lanterns hanging from the ceiling. So vibrant. Actually this place is so tastefully decorated. I think the last time I had Vietnamese food was before MCO. Geez. That was long.

Ginza Sushi @ Sri Petaling

The 'Weekday Lunch Set' looks affordable and reasonable. Quite an extensive choice with rice bowl, noodles and rice roll.  I ordered...
