My lunches these days...

It has been awhile since my partner-in-crime & I had our fav briyani…..
So, one fine day I suggested this and she quickly agreed!
All the while I had the Mandy rice, hence this time I ordered the briyani with beef shish kebab.
Taste just as good as ever.
RM19 for this huge plate of briyani that can last me till late nite
After this visit, I dun tink we will ever come here that often anymore (perhaps half year once...) coz she has just started on 'extreme' dieting with carb-free and sugar-free food. And her result is impressive, she lost 5kg in just 8 days!
your's truly can't do it...I need rice to survive.....and for my brain to function properly
So, while she is on diet....I enjoyed my nasi lemak like there's no tomorrow ;-)
I bought this pack of nasi lemak (with 2 sausages) from the canteen at RM4...kinda cheap!
The rice is of turquoise colour, as they also sell nasi kerabu (when run out of the coconut rice, make use of the kerabu rice).
BON APPETIT!

In the past I went gym run on treadmill, I lost 5 kg too! But once I stop, I gain back weight again. Nasi lemak is a simple food but very delicious to me.

Sugar free diet!? That must be difficult because everything got sugar in them. So she can't even eat fruits because fruits have a lot of fructose in them.

Phong Hong: already stopped dieting? then u can go enjoy carbs too ;-)

Libby: it's easy to gain weight than to lose them....

Mun: yes, very drastic diet plan...but I believe there's a cheat day.

Initial weight loss is usually steep and easy as most of what we lose is water. After that, it seems to take a lot of dieting just to lose a few pounds...haha! ;D

contact.ewew: Exactly what my colleague told me. She said so far is only water loss but not the fat yet...Not easy to lose fat :-(
