Druk Hotel, Thimphu, Bhutan

Druk Hotel is located in the heart of Thimphu, being one of the 5-star hotel in this capital city.
I was lucky to get a good rate, due to the low season.
It was worth the rate compared to any other 5-star hotels that i stayed before.
The entrance might not like any typical hotel, it was a humble entrance with a "not-so-spacious" lobby, but it is good enuff with basic facilities and has a heater for the visitors to warm themself during the cold autumn/winter. I dun feel cold at all whenever i was in the hotel lobby whereas once you are out (the moment u step out from their glass door) there was a huge drop in the temperature!
Other than that, this hotel has a business centre where it was well equiped with printers, copiers, PC workstation with internet connection, hence one can do their printing and online FOC!
The whole place (interior) is well decorated with wall paintings, it is noticeable at the elevators...Here's one example,
another example of the elevator wall painting at another floor
the building consists of only 3 floors, my room is located at the 2nd. Here's how it looks:
 spacious with a red carpet!
there are 3 room colour scheme: Red, Green and Yellow. I prefered a Green room...but was given Red...
this rooms have a huge bathtub - open concept! meaning, u can have a nice bath with the wooden door open and it overlooks the entire room!
as usual, the toilet bowl is sanitized
 here's the shower place
 the basin
fully equiped with shampoos, conditioners, soaps, shower cap, toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver....etc...
the snack/tea bar...a small basket of fruits awaits u when u checked-in. Complimentary bottled water is provided daily.
here's the sofa, but i hardly laze on it!
this bathtub picture was taken from my bed
the tv cabinet even has some pattern on it!
 clothes hanger provided
my humble workspace on the desk. Wifi is provided.
the red carpet with dragon features..dragons dragons everywhere
I guess it is very "feng shui" kinda thing...anyhow, nice carpet they have!

Due to multiple delays, the flight departs quite late, around 10pm plus. When I reached the Langkawi airport, it was already 11pm, but fret ...
