Super yummie instant nudle

I m such a junkie eater...i craved for instant nudle all the time.

well...why not?

look at this picture...the spongy noodles, the runny sunny-side-up egg, some green leafy and ham...all paired up to a very nice meal!

When i was a kid, i enjoyed gazing at the food display from the glass panel at supermarkets or restaurant...hoping that mum will buy one for me...

well...i m still enjoying gazing at those food display now....

 but again...it is sort of "window-shopping" without buying

sometimes "look-see" is as good as consuming it!

Canteen Food - Part 2

On my second week of observing the newly-operated-canteen food...

Here's what i had:

I guess i have been absent from posting nice foodie stuffs in this blog...

Not that i hav refrain from enjoyin yummylicious (mayb not so) food...but...life have been kinda busy and hectic these days..that i dun hav time to upload & transfer those pics to my laptop...

(what an excuse!)

3 weeks back, i went to this place called "Tasty Little Kitchen"...and ordered some local dishes...

Been here for the 2nd time, and this time i decided to try their ala-carte rather than ordering set meals.

I had pork dumpling soup (cantonese: "sui kow" soup) 

 and  "yeung chow" fried rice (Chinese style fried rice)

it turns out to be rather plain and dry...

luckily i ordered the soup...else i will hav problem digesting this plate of rice...

anyhow....tastewise is so-so only

perhaps i should try other stuffs.

Canteen Food - Part 1

This is no ordinary canteen food...

I had this on the first week of the newly operated canteen...

(clockwise from bottom) Stir-fried bean sprout, beancurd, chicken with chilli sauce, and fish in ginger/lemongrass sauce...

well, it is 4 dishes with rice!

I hope to have such luxurious lunch daily....but nope...the quality and the quantity of food is depreciating as day passes :-(

Blue Monday & Dreaming of Nice Food

It's blue or perhaps 'Black' day today...due to the GE13 result...I can't believe that PR loses this time...it shouldn't be. Many has returned to vote, even spent hours of flight to come home to vote...but the outcome is still the same...all thanks to the dirty tricks done by the ruling party!

Anyhow, on another note, i spoke to my superior of my resignation reason....he too understood...coz i guess this is the first time in the company that the entire team resigned and left with no one...AND i guess i m the sole survivor now....perhaps not (if i decided to leave, when no agreement reached)....

so, what did i told him?

i told my boss tht i m sick of eating instant noodle everytime staying back for OT.

am yearning for satay...such as below

 and plenty of food on my table for dinner....

well, no point of earning so much but having no chance to enjoy the hard labor, rite?

well...enough said....i just wish to have curry chicken, kangkong belacan (stir fried water convolvulus with chilli paste) and Bojari rice rite now....

My face is as round as egg tarts

Egg tarts!

yea....they are roundish, yellowish, smooth on the surface, chewable on the inside, crispy at the layer...

i bought these @ Mr.Siew Bao (a bakery shop)

tastewise so-so only, coz it is not their specialty...(as the name stated, their specialty is "Siew Bao" aka pork pastry/puff)

but despite that...i still enjoy munching on it!

While it is not related (to the tarts)...my face is getting rounder and rounder as i grow older...just like the egg tarts!!!
