PPV Axiata, Bukit Jalil

I finally got my vaccination thru walk-in at Axiata PPV, which is quite nearby my place.
Previously this PPV wasn't available for locals to walk-in. The second nearest PPV would be KLCC but seeing the long queue (as circulated in the media) got me freak out....
During then (sometime July - early August) the walk-in craze was at its peak coz it was set until 23 Aug only.
I patiently waited for the craze to subdue...or at least extend the deadline.
The good news finally came as they continue having the walk-ins after 23 Aug (until further notice) and even open up Axiata PPV.
Hence i took leave on 26 Aug to get my jab!
*i choose this date so that i could get my 2nd dose on Malaysia day😀
Reached there around 10am++....there was no queue....it was smooth sailing all the way from the registration counter to the 'briefing' up until the vaccination stations....
Completed the entire process (including 15 minutes of observation time), all before 11am.
There were plenty of empty seats in each 'pitstop' and alot of staffs/MAS voluntaries to guide us through the form filing and verification process.
This PPV is able to provide 600 doses/jabs per day, which is more than enuff for walk-ins....coz during my slot, there were only about 20-30 people who walks in....
Even the 100plus drinks 'tak laku' coz nobody takes
i got freebies after the jab...YAY!
brown sugar, basmati rice and 100plus😂
though i also miss out some freebies from shops/restaurants....
Back then in June/July there were plenty of free treats for anyone who is vaccinated...such as Peekaboo cafe (in Bukit Jalil) offering free cheesecake....unfortunately...it has already ended.
but well....i m finally halfway to 'freedom'.....

  1. Looks like your patience worked out for you...getting your jab without having to queue is the best scenario. I can understand why you chose a public holiday for your 2nd dose...hopefully there won't be too many people seeing it's a public holiday...lol! ;)

    1. contact.ewew: my 2nd dose already have appointment time and is at a different hall tht caters only for 2nd dose. So i guess it will be mch organised as no need to queue like those walk-ins.

  2. I took my 2 jabs at KLCC and there was no queue. Done in less than 30 minutes.

Your freebies are the BEST I have ever seen so far. Yesterday a friend felt cheated to receive a box of vitamins and opened up to find only few biji samples! Muahahahaha

    1. Twilight Man: i think during your time people are more organised coz got fix appointment time. But when walk-in were opened, anyone jst go there anytime so it's hard to predict when it would be less crowd. Nowadays should b lesser ppl in most PPV coz many have done their vaccination.

    2. Oh no. I didn't expect the walk-in becomes like a circus carnival with crowd all over. Good that you can dine-in soon. Stay safe always.

  3. I heard from my friend that in the US they gave free lobster for those who went for vaccination, lol!

In sg, we get S$30 vouchers if we company seniors to go for vaccination. Muahaha.

Yes freedom is priceless, may you find your freedom soon. Drink lots of plain water and coconut juice.

  4. Congrats! I am surprised that you didn't get a date and have to walk in. Very good freebies, especially the rice. 👍 Did you get sinovac or pfizer?

  6. Congrats that you finally got your first jab! The other day (before I kena casual contact status) I went to Daiso and they put a sign there that only customers who completed both doses of vaccine can enter. Some more must show the vaccination certificate. LOL!

  9. Glad your vaccination went hassle-free, but the freebies go missing here! Lately, I came over a piece of news that a township in our state has announced free smartphones and home appliances to those who take vaccines but based on the lottery method, and someone random would be selected from the crowd.

    Take care

  11. But but why didn't you already have a vaccination date? Are you very young? (Make you happy a bit hehe) Or didn't register for vaccination?

Nice to have freebies. Nothing for my PPV.

  12. Diane Diane Teo: yes, very soon!

Stacy: system error...apparently their helpdesk mentioned some people registered in late Feb - early Mar are left out. This happened also to a few people that i know.
