Al-Diafah Sri Petaling (Middle Eastern Cuisine)

[Throwback
Back to Al-Diafah restaurant. Tried the Arabian sauteed veggies dish. It was served with breads.
I didn't know that there are breads with the dish, hence I ordered the shish tawook wrap.
The sauteed veggies has eggplants, capsicums, olives etc cooked till soft....similar to something I had in Emirates flight long time ago😂
[Below] Cross section of the shish tawook wrap. Comes with fries and a dipping (can't remember what it is)
Was full after finishing the wrap and the sauteed veggies so I tapao-ed the bread back home and eat them plain as breakfast the next day.
The bill came to RM44.10 nett.
This was in year 2024.....almost 2 year ago.
Overall, not my kind of meal. Will stick back to mandi rice or shawarmas next time.

  1. I agree with you that the rice dishes or wraps are a better choice. There is a Middle Eastern restaurant at Damansara Kim which I have been meaning to try.
