Went up to Genting again after many months (my last trip was early this year).
It was a Saturday but not many people
Weather was cooling and quite foggy up there
this was taken from the foodcourt
Strolled around SkyAvenue to check out the stores.
Burger & Lobster was still around with people queing (by 1 metre apart)
but the Atrium was empty with no decorations nor makeshift kiosks at all
Coming soon: Wolfgang's Steakhouse. In front of it is the Godiva kiosk selling very pricey ice cream cone at RM25 each.
meanwhile the situation at Skytropolis…
The rides are 'ON' but not crowded as pre-MCO.
Overall the shops are still operating but a few restaurants had closed down (such as Motorino)
I had my meal at the foodcourt:
Char Kuey Teow
and prawn noodles
yummzz!!!
Char kway teow and prawn noodles so high up in genting just be super expensive, right?
ReplyDeleteMust be super expensive, right?
DeleteThere seems to be quite a lot of visitors right.
ReplyDeleteMun: yes, expensive about somewhere RM19-RM22, but we have members voucher ;-)
ReplyDeleteTekkaus: yea all local visitors these days. Before MCO, there are quite a number of foreign visitors from China and India.
Good, good, got vouchers. 👍
DeleteTake opportunity to travel when less people. I don't mind. Hehe.
ReplyDeleteNice to enjoy local holidays before the tourists come back. Less crowd, easier for physical distancing.
ReplyDeleteSo nice you can travel and go genting. I miss travelling.
