Maggi Mee Kari

This is one of my typical lunch when wfh during MCO.
Instant noodles, sometimes with veggies plucked from the garden and added with a few processed meat.
I had this Maggi Mee Kari on last week with sweet potato leaves (from the garden), some cheapo sausage bought from NSK, and a piece of fried minced pork dim sum. So tasty yet addictive!
I would definitely miss this meal at home once the office re-opens after the MCO.
BON APPETIT!

  1. Wow your maggi mee got so much ingredients! I usually eat my instant noodles plain or at most with an egg, lazy.

  2. Eh, I thought your mother cooks lunch and doesn't approve of you eating instant noodles and processed meat. So when you are eating instant noodles, yummy yums yums, what did your parents eat for lunch?

  4. Libby: sometimes I added egg, when there is no other ingredient.

Mun: yes, that sausage in the noodles is unapproved item. But bought already have to eat, else wasted if throw away. I usually settle my own lunch, meanwhile they eat separately (at different hour from my usual work-lunch hour). They would have plain dried noodles in light soy sauce with some veggies and fishballs. Kinda boring meal which I don't eat.

  7. Your bowl of maggi mee with the ingredients looks delicious. If I were to eat maggi mee, I too would add veggie and other ingredients. If none, then just an egg will do.
