This would be the final post in the 'HCMC Vietnam' series.
This post 'showcase' the food that i had onboard the cruise ship, although there is nothing much to shout about as the dishes were pretty simple.
The starter - fried spring roll
Sweet & sour fish fillet
Omelette, a plain one!
Veggie soup with some fishballs, fishcakes, and lotsa napa cabbages
Stir fried kangkung
Can't remember what is this - I think it is chicken dish
Stir fried squid with onions
Stir fried fishcake with onions
Meatballs, my fav!
The dishes were plain-looking and simple (just like homecooked meal). But we were not there to enjoy the food, as many of us were busy 'entertaining ourselves' with photo taking (on the sceneries along the river) and video recording (the performances on stage) or just simply enjoying the beers, dancing along with the songs/performances and jollying around.
Any photos of the sceneries along the river?
ReplyDeleteAhhhh, I think you shared them in your previous post, so nice of your company to sponsor this HCMC tour
ReplyDeleteNo need to have unique food as long as the food is tasty, that is good enough! I would go for the omelette, hahaha as it is my favourite.
ReplyDeleteYour company is very good! They care for your trips and meals always.
ReplyDeleteI love to go on cruise. More of enjoying the view rather than eating.
