This is a Korean-style café cum bakery which occupies a corner shoplot in the neighbourhood. It looks fancy from the outside but upon googling, there seems to be a lot of negative reviews.
I did not purchase anything from this bakery...but I went in during Christmas to sample free bread/pastries...well, that was 2 years ago when it was newly opened.
The business is still surviving, but the other day when I drop-by to look-see on what they hav in store, there wasn't much variety in their bread/cakes/pastries anymore....however there were still people dining in (for coffee or bingsu I guess!)
meanwhile....I m looking forward to Christmas...coz it is then when most bakeries flaunt their creativity in fancy decorations involving gingerbread, yule log and various cookies!
Wah, two years ago and even now, you still have not bought anything from them yet. I think they did a renovation recently because I could not find them when I went looking for them a few months back. Will follow your advice and go look see look see for the christmas feel.
ReplyDeleteThere was one near my office but sudah tutup liao.
ReplyDeleteI also love visiting bakeries at year end when one could enjoy the Yule log cake, ginger bread and Christmas cookies. Now I am in the mood for Christmas! Hahaha.
ReplyDeleteBeginning to have holiday and christmas mood, hee hee, I am visiting Orchard Road to look at their christmas decorations soon, stay tune for my post
ReplyDeleteMun: just felt that most of the items there doesn't worth the price. For example: 2 pieces of toast with some cheese and sugar costs RM8++, a bun that is smaller than my palm costs RM6++. I tink most of the items there are overpriced and more expensive than established bakeries such as Lavender/Bread Story.
ReplyDeletePhong Hong: yea, I foresee this one will tutup too.
Rose World: me too!
Libby: yes, I m looking forward to your post!
