This outlet is one of our favorite lunch place...Having been here for quite a number of times (see old post here). But each time I went, I usually ordered the meehoon (rice vermicelli). This time I decided with yee mein (egg noodles) in milky fish broth. Pricewise is almost the same (can't remember), anyhow they still have the same promotion since 2015....where u get to have a free hot drink (coffee or jasmine tea) upon order of any fish head/paste noodles.
Bon Appetit!
I thought you home made. This restaurant huh... reminds me of my CNY rip-off here...
ReplyDeleteI loves Yee Mee...
ReplyDeleteRealGunners: why rip-off?
ReplyDeleteSomewhere in Singapore: yea, great choice to pair with fish broth!
i have never tried yee mee with this fish style broth with fish. sounds ok so i may try it too as i like to eat yee mee. is this eatery the same as the one inmidvalley mall?
ReplyDeletei read your old post about this place so it is the same one in midvalley so i may try it with yee mee there. must be so flavourful since yee mee is very flavourful on its own even without the fish broth.
ReplyDeleteMun: yes, they are the same ;-)
ReplyDeleteI love fish head noodles! But hard to find a nice one here in Taiping...
ReplyDeleteI always eat Woo Pin's Fish Head noodles. I must try the yee mee next time.
ReplyDeleteThis outlet is good and provides you with free drinks.
Hayley: come to KL ;-)
ReplyDeleteTwilight Man: long time I didn't eat in Woo Pin despite having one nearby my house. The free drinks is only for certain hot drinks, and need to add $ if convert them to cold drinks.
