Here are my subsequent visits to Maulana...as usual I ordered the briyani rice with 'kurma' gravy, omelette and fried bittergourds....all fried stuffs and high calories!
and the other outlet of Maulana has banana leaf rice, me and colleague decided to try....so we got ourselves the default and order a fried chicken ala carte...It wasn't cheap...can't remember the exact price but it was between RM12-17. Not gonna order this anymore despite it was fun eating on banana leaf once in a while.
Since banana leaf isn't their core, I will prefer to stick back with briyani rice on my next visit.
If you didn't put on weight after eating high calorie food then it is ok to continue to eat them. No briyani or banana leaf rice restaurants in Sri Petaling else I will go eat there.
