I seldom watch K-drama, in fact I dun watch unless someone is watching or the tv channel has been accidently switched to a channel where a K-drama was airing. Anyhow, this was one scene that I happened to chanced upon on last Sunday and I was immediately hooked up with this series....well, why not? both the actor & actress are so good looking and overly-expressive in their scene...
This was actually episode 10 of the series 'Spy Myung Wol'....dun ask me what this story about coz I dunno the beginning of the story (no idea about the head & tail at all!), but I tink I'm gonna googled this up and watch the series online soon. A lil' fact about this K-drama, is that right after this episode 10, the lead actress (yea, the one in this scene) was too exhausted that she refused to show up for her scheduled filming and left to US for an 'escape' leaving all the viewers waiting for the next episode...In case u dunno how the filming works in Korea, well they dun complete every episodes before airing the series but do the filming 'live' concurrently while the episodes are running. Interesting.
I am more interested in the story of the actress you mentioned. So the studio rugi lah have to wait for her so what happened in the end. Did they write her out of the script so no need to wait for her or just write in an accident and need plastic surgery so can change to use another actress or what? I don't think they will just wait for her and suffer the losses?
ReplyDeleteMaybe they can make a new series titled "The Making of Spy Myung Wol", every episode talks about the troubles when making each episode, sounds like going to be a good story also hehehe...
ReplyDeleteMun: the lead actress returned to Korea the following day & apologised to her fans after the studio decided to take legal action. I tink they settled things off-court, and she completed filming the entire series.
ReplyDeleteRealGunners: they already hav this 'The Making of Spy Myung Wol', though I tink it didn't touch on such issue, but well the paparazzi will do their job.
I seldom watch Korean dramas but my girl simply loves them! So are a few of my friends... My last K-drama was Winter Sonata.. hahaha
ReplyDeleteReana claire: I watched Winter Sonata too but that many years ago. I can imagine how long u never watch K-drama since then! haha!
