On some days, i practice on havin' huge meal for breakfast, medium for lunch & little (or none) for dinner.
When i didn't take dinner the previous day, i will go for a BIG breakfast on the following morning.
I had this big plate of seafood fried rice with sausage and sunny side up egg...
all for RM4.50
Good deal eh?
yummmmzzz....the squid&shrimp are so sinfully tempting!
NOTE: This isn't sold anywhere except @ the office cafeteria...
wah, nice lor!! fried rice is the thing for me, no matter what style, hahaha!! but seriously, such a heavy plate of fried rice for breakfast?? and for a office lady like you?? hehehe.. i can only eat rice lunch onwards :p
ReplyDeleteRM4.50 is really cheap, portion looks big!
ReplyDeleteNice! The breakfast in my cafeteria is nowhere near as nice as this fried rice!
ReplyDeleteGood that you eat a heavy breakfast, medium lunch and very little dinner. Nice price for such a big plate of rice, egg and shrimp. I just love eating fried egg with a little tomato sauce.
ReplyDeleteWah, seafood fried rice, very "fung foo".. Yummzz.. I usually have chicken porridge or nasi lemak from the cafe for breakfast.. Sometimes with kuih too..
ReplyDeleteSK: u will feel the hunger when u didn't eat dinner the previous nite. I took heavy breakfast to keep me going coz i burn alot of calories with thinkings, analysis and sometimes physical hard labour tasks ;-)
ReplyDeleteHayley: yeapzz..great deal!
RealGunners: this is jst a plain fried rice with added a few squids and shrimp, nothing extraordinary.
Mun: fried egg on fried rice, delicious!
Princess Ribbon: haha i m gonna blog about porridge and nasi lemak next!
It looks really good! :)
ReplyDeleteI love seafood too.
You're right, eating dinner is important, if you don't, you'll wake up tired and grumpy coz of low blood sugar. Eating right away can take care of that though.
how cannnnnnn...now am famish liao
ReplyDeleteI like to cook fried rice back then but my kids don't like it so I have to put very minimal ingredient not even prawns..ahhaa
