Some non-halal eatery @ the Gardens mall

The underground concourse between Mid Valley and The Gardens mall would be one of my fav hangout place whenever I shop @ Mid Valley.
there are plenty of  eatery stalls and restaurant that left me spoilt for choices!

I pass by the other day and saw a 'new' restaurant...Perhaps it isn't new, but I remembered it wasn't there during my last visit. It specializes in hakka dishes..and the interior is quite Oriental.
flipped thru the menu, and I saw my fav pork dish - hakka braised pork set rice..RM18.90...looks good in the picture...so I decided to give it a try...am in the mood for porky food!
and there u go...my set meal with iced green tea.
the pork? ermm...so so only, and it's quite fatty...with thick layer of fats...I guess my parent and sis will complaint seeing those fat layers.
as for me...eat first, guilt later.
;-)
BON APPETIT!

  1. Tell them fatty pork is a good source of collagen ;)

  2. RealGunners: I wish too, but they prefer fish collagen than pork.

  3. I go to midvalley every weekend to do my grocery shopping. The zun express is the newly refurnished eu yan sang eatery. Been there for quite a while. Is it hakka cuisine?

  4. The last time I'd been to Midvalley was about two months ago.. And the last restaurant I went to was Coliseum.. With the kids around, it's hard to go shopping at the mall.. But we go to the hypermarket A*** almost every weekend for grocery shopping..

  5. Mun: ic...didn't really notice the eu yan sang eatery was gone too..haha...Yea, Zun express has been there for quite a while before I notice on its 'existence'...

Princess Ribbon: at first I thought of having my meal at Coliseum, but it was fully packed during lunch hour, so decided to try this place after rounding a few times. Coliseum must be good I guess?
